Last week I had my 30 week ultrasound and it went great. We got some darling pictures of the baby, including the profile shot below, which I love. She has already dropped, is head down, weighs a perfect 3.2 pounds, and everything look great. I feel so blessed and grateful to my Father in Heaven that everything is going smoothly (knock on wood) and after this ultrasound, I was even entertaining the idea of doing a VBAC. However, after doing hours of research and talking to different doctors, I decided that the safest thing would be to schedule another c-section. So, I have about 8 more weeks until we meet this little one and hopefully by that time we'll have a name for her. Any suggestions?
In other news, on Friday, July 10th, my twin sis. had her little baby boy! His name is Colton and he is just the cutest little thing ever! It was a long day (probably longer for her than for me) but her labor went smoothly and delivery/recovery was fabulous. This first picture was taken that morning, a few hours after she got to the hospital. She's hiding behind her book, although she looked perfect-weirdo!
This was about 5 hours later in the waiting room. Luckily I thought ahead and bought these little balloons for the girls to give baby Colton because they played with them for a good 2 hours while we were waiting.
Around 5:23pm, we got to meet little Colton Weston Spencer. Is he not the most darling newborn ever?!!
